I collect single-serving sites. You know the ones—websites that do exactly one thing. No navbar, no footer, no cookie banner. Just the thing.
Why?
Because the web used to be weirder, and I think it should stay that way. Every site here exists because someone had a dumb idea and actually followed through with it. That's worth preserving.
Some of these sites answer a question nobody asked. Some are jokes that only work once. Some are genuinely useful. All of them are better than another landing page with a gradient and a "Get Started" button.
What counts as a single-serving site?
There's no strict definition, but you know it when you see it. One page, one purpose. The kind of site you send to a friend with no context and they immediately get it (or don't, and that's also fine).
The collection
I've tagged sites as either Active (still working) or Archived (gone but not forgotten). The internet is ephemeral and sites disappear all the time, so this is also a bit of a preservation project.
